Terms & Conditions

Below are a few things to know before booking. A contract will be emailed upon booking the rental reservation. Please contact us directly with any questions, concerns, or customization requests.

Payment

  • Reservations for bounce house rentals, balloon garland, and circular balloon stand will require a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the estimated total cost of the rental package, and is due upon signing of the contract to complete and reserve the booking. The remaining amount is due the day of the client’s event.

  • Reservations for the photo booth will require a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the estimated total cost of the package, and is due upon signing of the contract to complete and reserve booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days prior to the client’s event. If the event is within 30 days, then payment is due in
    full upon signing of the contract.

​Date Changes & Cancellations 

  • Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original event date. Date change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the non- refundable reservation fee shall be forfeited, and the event cancelled. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited.

Equipment Damages

  • Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the provider's equipment caused by: A) Any misuse of the provider's equipment by client or its guests, or B) any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake).
